Shipping & Returns - Product

Please note all orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification (for first time international orders). You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.

All items are made-to-order (except items mentioned on our ready to ship page). All items require approximately 10 working days to be produced. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us mailto:customercare@joannadahdah.com. We would be happy to assist you.

For items that are in stock and ready to ship, processing may take up to 3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

Once the package is delivered to the courier company, Joanna Dahdah Ltd Cie will not be held accountable for any delays in delivering the order.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we suggest you shop in our Ready to Ship section or purchase a Gift Card.

We ship internationally; the shipping fee will be calculated at check-out. Any taxes or customs duties incurred are covered by Joanna Dahdah ltd cie. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. Some exceptions may apply.

No returns will be accepted for any special orders, customized or engraved pieces.

All fine jewelry orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.
