All other pieces are made to order and require approximately 10-14 business days for production before shipping.

Made-to-order pieces may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Orders from our Ready to Ship collection are processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Finding the correct ring size is important, especially for made-to-order pieces.

Simply print the ring sizer at 100% (actual size) and follow the instructions to determine your size. You can also measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own and compare it with the size conversion chart.

Our jewelry is handcrafted in 18K gold using carefully selected natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and hand-applied enamel. Selected designs are also available in 925 sterling silver.

We primarily use natural diamonds and gemstones, carefully selected for their beauty and quality. Some designs feature lab-grown diamonds or created stones, which are always clearly indicated on the product page.

Our pendants and charms are sold without chains.

Each charm features an opening bail that can be attached to a chain you already own, or you can choose one of our chains to create your perfect combination.

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 10-14 business days for production, while Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched within 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email.

Shipping and customs clearance are managed by DHL and cannot be expedited. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price of your jewelry, so there are no additional customs charges upon delivery.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email and include photographs of the damage. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Customized, engraved, and special-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Our full policy is on the Shipping & Returns page.

With proper care, your fine jewelry is designed to last a lifetime.

Clean your jewelry with a soft brush, lukewarm water, and mild soap, then dry it thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, and nail polish remover. Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, sleeping, or any activity that may expose it to impact.

Store each piece individually in its original pouch or jewelry box. You will find more advice in our Jewelry Care guide.

Yes. Our Design Your Mila experience allows you to create a personalized Mila piece by selecting your preferred enamel colors, gemstones, and design details.
